Monster put together a project for inclusion in the 2005 Alive International festival of Rivers and the Sea in Tyne and Wear.
Together, as a company, we decided that this presented a perfect opportunity to create a project that would explore the language between Monster’s well-established touring work, and the work of the youth theatre.

The River Opera was a colourful spectacle that suited towards an audience of all ages and backgrounds. It was a terrific learning experience as to what, when combined, our individual artistic expertise and resources can achieve.
